Follow these steps to get your password reset.
- Go to the login screen and select 'Forgot Password'.
- On the Reset Password screen - enter the email you signed up to Upside with and select 'Send reset link'.
- Go to your email and follow the reset link we'll send you. Don't forget to check your junk/spam if you don't find the email in your inbox within five minutes.
- Enter a new password, confirm it and select 'Reset password'. You should see a screen telling you the reset was successful.
- Go to the app or web app login in with your new password.
